主要用途

a法用于紡織品及其他材料在45°狀態(tài)下燃燒時(shí)其損毀面積和損毀長度的測定，b法用于測定紡織品在45°狀態(tài)下接受熱熔融至規(guī)定長度時(shí)接觸火焰的次數(shù)。

(1) draft-proof chamber

with vented top (a， fig. 2). this metal chamber prevents air circulation

around the specimen rack&flame， but permits free ventilation for rapid

oxidation. the chamber is 141/2inches wide， 81/2inches deep，&14 inches

high. there are 12 half-inch holes equidistant along the rear of the top

closure. a ventilating strip is provided at the base of the sliding glass

主要用途

a法用于紡織品及其他材料在45°狀態(tài)下燃燒時(shí)其損毀面積和損毀長度的測定，b法用于測定紡織品在45°狀態(tài)下接受熱熔融至規(guī)定長度時(shí)接觸火焰的次數(shù)。

打開氣體供給閥，按下點(diǎn)火鍵，直至點(diǎn)著燃燒器，移開點(diǎn)火輔助塊，向后推點(diǎn)火絲座，直至壓住點(diǎn)火接近開關(guān)，微調(diào)面板上的火焰調(diào)節(jié)旋鈕，織物45度阻燃儀，用標(biāo)尺開槽一端測量火焰高度為16mm，阻燃儀，點(diǎn)火完成。

按顯示屏上的“始動”鍵

，點(diǎn)火器開始運(yùn)動直至到達(dá)位置（燃燒器頂端距離試樣表面8mm的位置），使火焰與試樣表面接觸1s±0.05s，計(jì)時(shí)結(jié)束，45度阻燃儀，點(diǎn)火器自動返回。同時(shí)燃燒時(shí)間開始計(jì)時(shí)；當(dāng)火焰燒到標(biāo)志線時(shí)，重錘因線被燒斷而下落，計(jì)時(shí)器停止計(jì)時(shí)。注：發(fā)生底邊點(diǎn)火時(shí)應(yīng)重新試驗(yàn)，從干燥器中取出試樣到點(diǎn)燃試樣的時(shí)間不得超過45s。

the brush cists of two rows of stiff nylon bristles mounted with the tufts

in a staggered ition. the bristles are 0.016 inch in diameter&0.75 inch

in length. there are 20 bristles per tuft&4 tufts per inch. a clamp is

attached to the forward edge of the movable carriage to permit holding the

specimen on the carriage during the brushing operation.
