現(xiàn)將在現(xiàn)場采用同規(guī)格的g型單螺桿泵及齒輪泵在完全相同工況條件下并在輸送出口壓力為1 mpa時進行了簡單的對比，莫諾螺桿泵配件，測量了這樣兩組數(shù)據(jù):當輸送重油粘度約為75×102-6m2/ s時，齒輪泵出口壓力表的指針跳動幅度為±0.16，三螺桿泵出口壓力表的指針跳動幅度為±0.05，雙螺桿泵出口壓力表的指針跳動的幅度為±0.04 ;而當輸送重油粘度約為150×102-6m2/ s時，齒輪泵出口壓力表的指針跳動幅度為±0.22，三螺桿泵出口壓力表的指針跳動的幅度為±0.06，雙g型單螺桿泵出口壓力表的指針跳動的幅度為±0.04。這說明，g型單螺桿泵在重油的輸送和噴燃過程中，介質(zhì)的輸送壓力很穩(wěn)定。并且隨著介質(zhì)粘度的加大，g型單螺桿泵(尤其是雙螺桿泵)的無脈動特點相比之下更為明顯。
