陽(yáng)極氧化鋁絲網(wǎng)印刷油墨

昆山和必勝貿(mào)易有限公司為您提供陽(yáng)極氧化鋁絲網(wǎng)印刷油墨。油墨特性：
主要用于鐵、鋁、鋼等五金底材的印刷材料上，具有高遮蓋力、高穩(wěn)定性，耐酒精等特點(diǎn)，單組份自干型。
干燥條件：
5-10分鐘表干，自然干常溫4-5小時(shí)可測(cè)試，如需快速干燥請(qǐng)烘烤50—150度，5-10分鐘。
稀釋?zhuān)河?83開(kāi)油。清洗：用718洗網(wǎng)水清洗
測(cè)試方式：（完全干燥、反應(yīng)后）
1．3m膠紙，粘在畫(huà)有百格的油墨表面，45度角迅速拉起不脫油；
2．純度99%的酒精，500g力在油墨表面來(lái)回擦拭，100次無(wú)脫色。
使用方法：
1．使用前應(yīng)充分?jǐn)嚢�，用�?密封；
2．印刷時(shí)加入10-20%的開(kāi)油水，稀釋至合適印刷粘度；
3．不得與其它類(lèi)型油墨混合使用。
注意事項(xiàng)：
1．五金材料種類(lèi)多、品種雜，客戶(hù)需試印，確定其符合要求后，再批量印刷；
2．環(huán)境溫度過(guò)高，會(huì)影響油墨原有；
3．請(qǐng)遠(yuǎn)離火源，陰暗干燥環(huán)境下存放。oleser hardware printing ink
