our company is logistics company, engaging in highway freight, railway freight, airline rreight&sea rreight. we are expert at long/short distance freight, professional lifting, house moving, factory moving, equipment lifting/installation/packaging/moving.

二、服務(wù)流程
1）電話(huà)咨詢(xún)：
專(zhuān)人接待kehudianhua咨詢(xún)，初步了解搬遷日期、搬遷目的地、是否需要提供包裝，及是否有貴重物品，如鋼琴、工藝品、古董、大型魚(yú)缸、-進(jìn)口家具、大屏幕電視、高空吊物、保險(xiǎn)柜、精密儀器、設(shè)備等。
2）保價(jià)運(yùn)輸：
kehu有權(quán)選擇是否購(gòu)買(mǎi)運(yùn)輸保險(xiǎn)，進(jìn)行保值運(yùn)輸。搬遷及運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中，如有不慎而導(dǎo)致家具或任何物品損壞，我公司有專(zhuān)人負(fù)責(zé)接洽理賠事宜，運(yùn)輸過(guò)程專(zhuān)人-，信息及時(shí)反饋。
3）運(yùn)輸包裝：
搬遷前，如kehu需要提供紙箱、封箱膠帶、珍珠泡棉、泡沫、拉申膜、底卡板、木板、膠合板、半封木箱等包裝材料，均按-提供。深圳市鑫邦運(yùn)輸服務(wù)有限公司可根據(jù)不同物品提供軟包裝、紙包裝、木質(zhì)包裝（全封實(shí)木、全封板、木、花架）等；如果kehu條件允許，我司工作人員可以上門(mén)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)包裝。
4）電話(huà)報(bào)價(jià)：
經(jīng)電話(huà)咨詢(xún)后，若需搬遷物品不多，則屬于小型搬遷，可利用電話(huà)報(bào)價(jià)。簽訂口頭協(xié)議。
5）免費(fèi)上門(mén)估價(jià)：
公司、廠礦、團(tuán)體或個(gè)人需搬遷的物品數(shù)量較多，則屬于大型搬遷，我公司則備有業(yè)務(wù)員，免費(fèi)上門(mén)估價(jià)，并提供搬遷建議、解說(shuō)及注意事項(xiàng)、為您量身定做搬遷運(yùn)輸方案。

2. service procedure
1) phone consultation
we have staff experienced in dealing with telephone consultation, who will do a preliminary enquiry of the date of the relocation, the destination, packaging,&if there are valuable goods.
2) insured transportation
customers can choose whether/not to buy transportation insurance. if there are any damage to the furniture/goods during relocation&transportation. we will arrage staff in charge of settlement of claims. all the information are kept&tracked in record, all the information are communicated in time.
3) packaging service
before the relocation, if the customer needs packaging to protect the freight, we provide carton, sealing packing tape, pearl foam, foam, rashin film, bottom pallets, wood, plywood, semi sealed boxes etc at lowest price. we can also package your goods at your place.
4) fixing price by phone
after the telephone consultation, if the relocation of goods is less than told, then it is a small relocation, we can fix price by phone. sign verbal agreement.
5) free home valuation
relocations of companies, factories&mines, groups/individuals, are usualling big relocations. we provide a free onsite assessment&provide proposals to relocate, commentary¬es, for your tailor-made relocation transportation.
