mix proportion flocking paste + fixing agent 3%
printing process 1. mixing flocking paste with curing agent&stirring them evenly.
2. printing for 3 times (3-4 scrapes per time), leave it wet for the last time.
3. plant the flocking into the paste by static machine before the paste is dry.
4. dry in room temperature/baking it for 1-3 minutes with 120-150℃ to dry it fast.
5. cleaning the redundant flocking.
6. finish.

調(diào)配比例 植絨漿+3%固化劑
工藝流程 1. 絲網(wǎng)選用80-100目，用絲印硬方刀75度刮印2-3次，-一次輕刮留漿
2. 在漿層未干之前靜電植絨
3. 24-48小時自然干燥，或150度烘烤1-3分鐘并吸去多余絨毛
注意事項 1. 固化劑比例一定要稱準(zhǔn)確，添加量不夠牢固度會偏差。印后自然干透48小時即可耐60度高溫洗水5小時，如果天氣潮濕漿體無法干透請用120～150度過熱1～3分鐘。
