（二）性能與特點黎明濾芯
1、安裝連擊方便，簡化管路；
本過濾器可直接安裝在油箱側(cè)邊，底部或上部，過濾器濾頭露在油箱外，吸油筒體浸入油箱內(nèi)液面以下，出油口設(shè)有管式、法蘭式連接，過濾器內(nèi)設(shè)置自封閥等裝置，gx-40x10黎明液壓濾芯使管路省去裝裁止閥等其它管件，從而使管路簡化，安裝方便。

當(dāng)濾芯被污染堵塞到出油口真空度為0.018mpa時發(fā)訊器便發(fā)出訊號，應(yīng)及時更換或清洗濾芯。若此時不能馬上停機或無人來更換濾芯時，在濾芯上部的油路旁通閥會自動開啟（開啟值為：真空0.02mpa），{龍沃濾業(yè)生產(chǎn)（lh黎明過濾器）}以免油泵出現(xiàn)吸空故障。但此時應(yīng)停機更換或清洗濾芯，以保液壓的-性。
