操作工藝
擠壓工序及順序
鋼筋擠壓連接分為二道工序。-道工序是先在地面上把每根待連接的鋼筋一端按要求與套管的一半壓好。
第二道工序是壓好一半接頭的鋼筋插到已待接的鋼筋端部，然后用擠壓鉗壓好，這樣就完成了整個接頭的擠壓工作。
擠壓接頭必須從套筒的中部按標(biāo)記向端部順序擠壓。
抗拉性能檢查
（1）現(xiàn)場檢驗(yàn)以同規(guī)格、同等級、同材料、同一施工條件下完成的500個接頭為一驗(yàn)收批，不足500個的也作一批。
（2）對每一批驗(yàn)收件中隨機(jī)抽取的三個試件進(jìn)行評定，當(dāng)3個試件的單向拉伸試驗(yàn)結(jié)果均符合中的要求，則該批接頭合格。
（3）如有一個試件的抗拉強(qiáng)度不符合要求，應(yīng)再取6個試件復(fù)檢，復(fù)檢時仍有一個分歧格，則該批接頭分歧格。
（4）在正式施工前尚應(yīng)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場條件下的擠壓連接工藝試驗(yàn)，試驗(yàn)合格后方能正式施工，在施工中不同批次鋼筋進(jìn)場前，也應(yīng)進(jìn)行工藝檢驗(yàn)。工藝檢驗(yàn)，每種規(guī)格試件不少于3根。檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果應(yīng)符合規(guī)范要求。
