tun series flash butt welding machine

整機(jī)特點(diǎn)：
用電極分別壓緊產(chǎn)品的兩端，通電后由頂鍛缸將兩端口按設(shè)定速度逐漸推進(jìn)，端口在接近的過(guò)程中先接觸的部位電流密度-，會(huì)瞬間液化形成金屬過(guò)梁并出現(xiàn)金屬飛濺，即閃光；隨著端口的逐漸靠近，接觸的點(diǎn)逐漸增多，-整個(gè)端面均形成了-液態(tài)金屬過(guò)梁，并不斷，使端面加熱到塑性和液態(tài)的臨界點(diǎn)后瞬間對(duì)兩端面施以大的頂鍛力并保壓一段時(shí)間，將兩端面熔接在一起，焊接完成。這種焊接強(qiáng)度高，致密性好，無(wú)虛焊，無(wú)氣孔，無(wú)夾渣。
主要應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域
1、應(yīng)用于各種刀，叉，湯匙，打蛋器等廚具餐具的對(duì)焊;
2、自行車，摩托車，汽車車圈及其他金屬環(huán)的對(duì)焊;
3、各種金屬絲，金屬帶，鐵棒，建筑用鋼筋對(duì)焊；
4、各種圓形（方形）鍍鋅管，鋼管，鐵管的焊接。

features the machine:
flash butt welding machine is clamp the welding parts by welding electrode firstly without touch,then driving the welding electrode slowly together with a preheat current to flash clean the oxidation&uneven surface to make welding area as hot plasticizing.the temperature of welding area turn to more&more heat&the welding current density increasing together,flash&splash make two touch surface has melted together.finally perform a fast upsetting force on welding joint to finish welding&breaking current.this type welding joint has high strength without false welding&pores.
