整機(jī)特點(diǎn)
un3系列對(duì)焊機(jī)是為銅管與鋁管連接-的-設(shè)備，它可替代原先使用的-高壓閃光對(duì)焊機(jī)和釬焊。系統(tǒng)采用了可編程
序邏輯控制器（plc）為動(dòng)作邏輯控制單元，-微電腦-控制器為-工藝控制單元，使用-鋁合金氣缸和-含油軸承與
精密機(jī)床用-光桿配合來-機(jī)械動(dòng)作的精度。具有-的-，控制與調(diào)整直觀簡便，生產(chǎn)-，無漏焊漏氣現(xiàn)象，產(chǎn)成品率-優(yōu)點(diǎn)，同時(shí)克服了原來-工藝需要對(duì)-管內(nèi)二次加工和工作電壓高易出事故的缺點(diǎn)。
裝有初級(jí)恒壓和次級(jí)恒流的控制系統(tǒng)、強(qiáng)制水冷系統(tǒng)、氣源儲(chǔ)氣罐，-大量生產(chǎn)，-和--完全一致。
可儲(chǔ)存多種不同規(guī)范，根據(jù)不同的管徑調(diào)用不同的規(guī)范，操作簡單，-，廣泛應(yīng)用于空調(diào)、冰箱、冷柜、冷庫、壓縮機(jī)等產(chǎn)品。
