施工操作要點

1、工藝流程

清理-表面***細(xì)部處理***配制底膠***涂刷底膠(相當(dāng)于冷底子油) ***細(xì)部附中層施工***遍涂膜***第二遍涂膜***第三遍涂膜防水層施工***防水層一次試水***保護(hù)層飾面層施工***防水層二次試水***防水層驗收
clean up the base surfaces, detail processing&preparation of adhesive, coating adhesive (equivalent to cold base oil), middle layer construction&details of the first film, the second film, the third layer construction, waterproof layer&protective layer of a water surface layer construction&waterproof layer, waterproof layer two times water test&acceptance
2、防水層施工前，應(yīng)將-表面的塵土等雜物清除干凈，并用干凈的濕布擦一次。
2, waterproof layer before construction, should be the base surface dust&other debris cleared,&wipe with a clean wet cloth.
3、涂刷防水層的-表面，不得有凸凹不平、松動、空鼓、起砂、開裂等缺陷，含水率一般不大于9%。
the surface of the base 3, brushing waterproof layer, no uneven, loose sand, hollowing, cracking&other defects, the moisture content is less than 9%.
4、涂刷底膠(相當(dāng)于冷底子油)：

1) 配制底膠，先將聚氨酯甲料、乙料加入二，比例為1:1.5:2(重量比)配合攪拌均勻，配制量應(yīng)視具體情況定，不宜過多。
1) prepare base rubber, first adding polyurethane&other materials into xylene, the ratio is 1:1.5:2 (weight ratio) with stirring evenly, the amount of preparation should be determined according to the specific circumstances, not too much.
2) 涂刷底膠，將按上法配制好的底膠混合料，用長把滾刷均勻涂刷在-表面，涂刷量為0.15-0.2kg/m2，涂后常溫季節(jié)4h以后，手感不粘時，即可做下道工序。

5、涂膜防水層施工：聚氨酯防水材料為聚氨酯甲料，聚氨酯乙料和二，配比為1:1.5:0.2(重量比)。
